This custom booking consultation is only for those who know their budget and are coming to the appointment ready to pay their deposit. If you're not deposit ready please read below and cancel your appointment if necessary.

You can text/call 585-944-6458 anytime to go over the ideas and pricing for your piece so that when you book your appointment you can be deposit ready.

After you book appointment, please text the following information to 585-944-6458:
• Your full name
• City and state
• Inspiration pictures for your design
• Your budget

This will help us confirm whether we can create your desired design within your budget. If the inspiration pictures exceed your budget, we can modify the design to suit your needs.


Once we agree on the final price:
1. A deposit of half the total amount is required to secure your booking. Payments can be made via cash or zelle.
2. The second payment is due 4 weeks after the deposit.
3. If you’re out of state, shipping and handling fees will be added to the total.

If you’re coming into the store for your fitting:
• Wear fitted clothing for accurate measurements.
• Wear a supportive bra if applicable.
• Bring the heel height you plan to wear to on your event day or, if getting a suit, wear the type of shoes you plan to wear.


If you’re out of state, it’s best to have your measurements taken by a professional tailor near you.
